We are seeking an operator to join our team at Hoya Electronics Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. As an Operator, you will actively contribute to the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of cutting-edge systems and products, working alongside a talented and dynamic team. In this role, you will be directly involved in operating and maintaining advanced systems and products, contributing to their optimization and continuous improvement. You will work closely with a talented team, collaborating to meet production goals, maintain high-quality standards, and troubleshoot operational issues. The position offers ample opportunities to learn and apply technical skills while deepening your understanding of advanced production processes.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support and assist the Production Technician in production process operation.
2. Perform tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).
3. Complete data recording for machine checklists, shift production reports, and other documentation.
4. File, track, and maintain all related documents for your machine.
5. Report and consult your immediate superior on abnormalities in machines or processes.
6. Ensure 5S standards are maintained during process operation, machine cleaning, and housekeeping.
7. Provide and standby the specified raw materials prior to production start.

Job Requirements:

1. SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) with passes in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, and Science.
2. Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
