Role Overview

The Operations Technician (Mechanical) is responsible for the daily operation and mechanical maintenance of the mall. Key duties include:

1. Maintaining all areas on a daily basis, including:

• Repair and maintenance of mechanical systems throughout the mall.
• Coordinating with contractors for larger repair and maintenance projects.
• Ensuring safety for customers and retailers.

Ensuring retailer satisfaction by:

• Acting as the first point of contact for mechanical issues, queries, and complaints.
• Assisting with security and access procedures for retailers.

Maintaining customer satisfaction by:

• Ensuring cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the mall daily.
• Assisting with emergency procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical repairs and installations.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proactive, organized, able to work independently and under pressure, with multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
