Job Responsibilities:

• Operations Supervisor:
• Plan and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbounding/outbounding of stock to vans.
• Check orders, bills, items received, and inventory for accuracy.
• Maintain delivery order and stock records, relaying relevant information to stakeholders, and prepare necessary documentation for disposals and returns to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize first in first out rotation of stocks.
• Sort, handle, and coordinate the storage and movement for varying categories of inventory.
• Conduct stock counts.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Central and Operations departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Record and maintain stock movements on Google Sheets.
• Keep the warehouse area safe, clean, and organized through regular inspections.
• Coordinate and maintain fleet and equipment.
• Warehouse Assistant:
• Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations, e.g., inbounding/outbounding.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse work procedures and processes.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management, and Fleet Operation to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Complete and maintain paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials.
• Keep the warehouse area safe, clean, and organized through regular inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Preferably candidates with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field. However, Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in FMCG or distribution field is an added advantage.
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications and Email.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel from various departments.
• Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
