We are seeking to add a Supervisor at Flex PTP.

Principle Accountabilities:

1. Leads production processes and lines in a highly technical environment, responsible for their success.
2. Evaluates plant performance regularly and advises on operational changes to improve efficiency and quality.
3. Leads a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness goals.
4. Troubleshoots operational problems and guides discussions to coach performance and improve understanding.
5. Solicits ideas for plant improvements and collaborates on project proposals.
6. Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.
7. Acts as an interface between operations and maintenance teams.
8. Trains and coaches junior operators.
9. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer needs.
10. Participates in process development and cost improvement projects.
11. Assists in budget planning and managing department expenses.
12. Maintains a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
13. Ensures manufacturing standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5 years of materials experience, with advanced use of MRP systems or related fields.
