• Track daily activities and report to your superior.
• Ensure all shipments match invoices and are correctly recorded.

• Track daily activities and report to your superior.
• Ensure all shipments match invoices and are correctly recorded, while meeting KPIs and adhering to process flows.
• Guide and advise subordinates on daily operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and customer requirements.
• Prepare discrepancy reports for any issues with incoming/outgoing cargo.
• Prepare incident reports for any damages or discrepancies during picking, shipping, or receiving.
• Prepare daily activity reports and any other reports requested by your superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required to work at Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) or Senai
• Willing to Work on 1 Year Contract
