Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual tasks and operations in the Control Center with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor systems and processes, ensuring tasks are completed without errors.
  • Follow step-by-step instructions and procedures precisely to ensure operational success.
  • Identify and raise any issues or concerns promptly, communicating them to the appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Understand and follow explanations of processes to apply them accurately.
  • Take on additional tasks as required, depending on workload and team needs.
  • Work flexible shifts to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

  • B2 level of English (written and spoken) required, with the ability to understand and communicate processes effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of concentration.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs (G-docs).
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
  • Willingness to raise concerns or ask questions when necessary.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a control center or similar environment is a plus but not required.
