A leading company is seeking an Operations & Procurement Lead to manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with standards. This role involves vendor management, asset oversight, and supporting internal audits in Kuala Lumpur. Ideal candidates should have substantive experience in operational management and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee company-wide procurement processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs and sustainable procurement practices.
Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contract administration, and performance reviews.
Maintain procurement forecasts, spending analysis, and vendor ESG performance documentation.
Asset & Inventory Management
Manage inventory, tagging, tracking, and disposal of capital items and office consumables.
Maintain accurate asset records and coordinate updates with relevant divisions.
Ensure operational readiness for expansion, relocations, or reconfigurations.
Contract & Compliance Administration
Monitor contract renewals and performance (facilities, IT, services), liaising with Legal and Finance as needed.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety, health, environmental, and data protection regulations.
Support internal audits, risk assessments, and sustainability reporting.
Facilities & Workspace Oversight
Coordinate office maintenance, refurbishment, security, and workspace allocation.
Manage office infrastructure, shared technologies, and readiness for green building certifications.
Liaise with building management and third-party service providers for daily operational needs.
Administrative & Operational Support
Supervise mailroom, despatch, document control, and divisional administrative systems.
Enforce business continuity and emergency SOPs.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and interdivisional support.
IT & Access Governance
Administer user access to systems, maintain IT usage policies, and coordinate with IT vendors.
Audit credentials and authorisations to ensure timely updates and revocations.
Manage onboarding logistics, workspace set-up, induction sessions, and operational briefings.
Coordinate training support, awareness programs, and role-specific administrative entitlements.
Travel & Expense Oversight
Implement travel governance protocols, track travel registers and administrative claims.
Maintain approval logs and ensure timely payment processing in coordination with Finance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Special Projects
Act as liaison with internal divisions and external consultants to support operational initiatives.
Provide operational inputs for strategic planning and ESG goals.
Support special projects and initiatives assigned by Management or Executive Directors.
Communication & Confidentiality
Vet divisional communications for accuracy and alignment with corporate standards.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling all corporate information and transactions.
