Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of our business, including warehouse, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations in line with the company's strategic direction while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management
2. Oversee daily operations, including warehouse/inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service.
3. Ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.
4. Strategic Alignment & Reporting
5. Work closely with management to implement strategies that enhance operational performance.
6. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and overall status.
7. Team & HR Coordination
8. Liaise with HR to manage employment matters, including attendance and disciplinary actions.
9. Foster a productive and disciplined work environment.
10. SOP Development & Implementation
11. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
12. Continuously improve processes for operational excellence.
13. Monitor and enforce controls to ensure all transactions are accurate and compliant.
14. Prevent and detect any potential misconduct, fraud, or discrepancies.
15. Problem-Solving & Decision Making
16. Identify operational issues and propose effective solutions to the management team.
17. Take proactive measures to address inefficiencies and discrepancies.
18. Cost & Profitability Management
19. Ensure operations are run in a cost-effective manner, optimizing resources while maximizing revenue and profitability.
20. Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to implement and enforce SOPs effectively.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
7. High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability.
