A leading F&B chain is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee store operations across Malaysia. The successful candidate will optimize sales and profits, ensure high-quality standards, and effectively manage and develop a team. This role requires leadership, analytical skills, and dedication to customer service, with a requirement to attend to operations during odd shifts.

Ensure execution of operating standards that optimize returns on assets, increase sales, and improve profits.
Analyze and report weekly on controllable costs, sales, and profits to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking.
Develop and recommend operating plans, training budgets, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Possess the ability and competency in new store openings.
Follow crisis management systems to maintain efficient operations.
Maintain good public relations to enhance and preserve the company's image.
Available to attend to operations during odd shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required. Travel within Malaysia for store visits and activities will be necessary.
Set outlet sales targets, drive sales, and ensure targets are achieved.
Evaluate sales trends and implement action plans to close sales gaps and manage expenditures.
Provide input to the Outlet Manager on local programs to maximize the impact of Local Store Marketing.
With the approval of the Chief Operating Officer & HR Manager, take appropriate employment actions to ensure management quality and proper staffing levels.
Lead the team to create, develop, and update procedures, systems, and the operational manual.
Coach, counsel, and develop Outlet Managers to meet company standards and personal development plans.
Ensure successful completion of training phases for all restaurant personnel related to their development and job competency.
Use effective communication processes to ensure staff are aware of expectations and performance standards.
Ensure compliance with government regulations by all management staff.
Maintain high-quality standards of Q.S.C. and Food Safety, emphasizing customer service while adhering to health, safety, and company procedures.
Ensure Store Managers resolve customer complaints promptly and properly.
Achieve targeted KPIs across all stores.
