• Manage SEA country logistics operations serving SEA markets together with team members assigned to each country, managing all incoming shipments, local and regional warehousing activities, domestic and cross-border transportation processes to achieve SLA, customer satisfaction, cost, quality, and process improvements.
• Lead SEA operation team members in development and motivation of staff to continually improve processes and performance supporting strategic objectives in service, quality, and cost.
• Work closely and align with the regional and global inventory team. Be accountable for delivering effective and efficient implementation of specific inventory and S&OP strategies within the markets.

Role Purpose

• Manage SEA country logistics operations serving SEA markets with team members managing shipments, warehousing, and transportation to meet SLA and improve quality and costs.
• Lead and motivate the SEA operations team to enhance processes and achieve strategic goals.
• Coordinate with regional and global inventory teams to implement inventory and S&OP strategies effectively.

What you'll be doing:

Outsourced Logistics Management:

• Oversee 3PL partners in warehousing and transportation.
• Develop operational strategies to optimize logistics efficiency.
• Ensure KPIs are met regarding cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage contracts with logistics providers.

Regional Warehousing & Transportation Oversight:

• Ensure effective warehouse management.
• Monitor and improve transportation solutions.
• Implement SOPs for warehouse and transport.
• Drive continuous improvement for e-commerce growth.

Cost & Performance Optimization:

• Manage logistics costs within budget.
• Benchmark costs and performance across providers.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive efficiency and digitalization.
• Optimize inventory flow from distribution centers to local networks.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and safety standards.
• Mitigate supply chain risks.
• Develop operational best practices.

People Management & Leadership:

• Lead and mentor team members across countries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop training programs.
• Establish controls and reporting for high performance.

Environment, Health, Safety, and Security:

• Ensure compliance with EHS standards.
• Assess and ensure product security in logistics partners.
