Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience leading manufacturing or production teams.
• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and operational performance metrics. Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• ERP experience, such as Oracle, is an advantage.
