We are a trusted global education and migration agency with over 21 years in operation in Australia, Asia and Africa, helping students achieve their study abroad dreams. With a strong global presence, Expert Education is now re-expanding our footprint in Malaysia, and we’re looking for a passionate, high-performing Operations Manager to lead and grow our operations.

Your Mission:
As the Operations Manager for Malaysia, you will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of our education business. This includes new team setup, hiring and training, student recruitment strategies, marketing and communications, team building, conversion strategy, institutional relationships, and operational excellence. Reporting to the head office in Sydney, Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and execute a winning student recruitment strategy for Australia, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Europe and the US.

Lead, hire and mentor a growing team of study abroad admissions specialists.

Manage partnerships with local schools, colleges, and education institutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas universities and pathway providers.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes.

Work closely with the global marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Represent Expert Education at expos, info sessions, and institutional meetings.

Frequent overseas travel to support Expert branches in Australia and SEA

Who We’re Looking For:
️ 3–5 years of proven experience in a leading global education agency
️ Strong knowledge of the Australia, UK, New Zealand, Canada, and US education markets.
️ Excellent leadership and people management skills.
️ Results-oriented with a passion for student success.
️ Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
️ Able to work independently and take full ownership of the Malaysia market.
️ Fluent in English. Additional languages a plus.
