Program Manager

  1. Oversee the delivery of SOWs and track scope changes.
  2. Tech Mahindra SPOC tasked with setting up / running the program. BNS's point of contact for planning and execution. Engaged throughout the contract period.
  3. Share regular progress reports with executive leadership and business stakeholders in accordance with the defined governance model, highlight risks, and obtain support and approval for on-going and future initiatives.
  4. Project coordination with Production Managers, providing guidance and direction where necessary.
  5. Encourage collaboration and partnership, excellence in quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  6. Responding to emerging risks and issues promptly and escalating to BNS as necessary.
  7. Develop a culture of coaching and continuous learning to facilitate career advancement. Develop future managers by identifying potential talent within the team. Manage succession planning.
  8. Retain a stable capacity and hire the right resources.
  9. Track resource and project level SLAs.
  10. Manage all the aspects of the employee lifecycle with BNS and Tech M.
  11. Point of contact for all IT requirements.
  12. Ensure process compliance and quality.
  13. Execute all tactical moves. (e.g. pivoting the team according to priorities etc.)
  14. Liaise with all support functions. (both BNS and Tech M)
  15. Overseeing the operation and management of the site.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, law).
  • 7-9 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on KYC/AML.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and potential risks.
  • Experience with KYC/AML compliance software and platforms.

Other:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
