Job summary

A leading company in the interior fit-out industry is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the implementation of high-end projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing subcontractors on-site while ensuring effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural engineering and at least three years of relevant experience. If you are self-motivated and willing to travel for projects, apply now!

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in the interior fit-out industry.
  • Experience in Mechanical and Electrical aspects is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Manage sub-contractors and liaise with clients and consultants.
  • Conduct site audits and oversee site management.

Bhd is an interior fit-out specialist headquartered in Hong Kong since 1988 with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sydney, Vietnam, Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Our services encompass the full building cycle from feasibility, estimation, and design to management, construction, and maintenance for high-end retail, F & B, and commercial sectors. Responsibilities
  1. Plan, coordinate, and work on-site, ensuring effective implementation and timely completion of interior fit-out projects.
  2. Work with the project manager to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various project elements.
  3. Manage sub-contractors on-site, sourcing and briefing them for costing and execution.
  4. Liaise with clients and consultants regarding project issues on-site.
  5. Conduct site audits, measurements, and oversee site management and coordination.
  6. Supervise all works and provide technical guidance on-site.
  7. Assist the Project Manager in preparing BOQ, quotations, and tender submissions during off-site periods.
Requirements
  1. Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the interior fit-out industry; executive level candidates with less experience may be considered.
  3. Experience in Mechanical and Electrical aspects is an advantage.
  4. Knowledge of operational and technical aspects of interior fit-outs.
  5. Ability to read CAD drawings.
  6. Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Willing to travel overseas for assignments ranging from 3 to 6 months, which is a must.
