Job summary

cnx in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead program profitability, drive revenue growth, monitor margins, billing, seat utilization and client retention. You will supervise training and staff development, coach direct reports, ensure compliance with contracts, and implement corrective actions to sustain operational performance.

A key part of the role is managing client relationships, coordinating with Business Development, and guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver service

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain and grow revenue of program(s); responsible for profitability including revenue, margins, billing, seat utilization and retention
• Ensure program has proficient training, staff development, and effective employee relation/recognition programs
• Select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports and their associates; plan and assign work for staff in accordance with policies and legal requirements
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards; define and implement corrective actions to meet operational performance
• Analyze and maintain Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed
• Ensure operations are in compliance with active contracts
• Oversee client relationships; facilitate open communications and monitor client satisfaction
• Partner with Business Development to leverage and expand new business from clients
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review performance and development
• Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues professionally
• Participate in cross functional meetings with Training, HR, Quality, WFM, TA to define action plans for continuous improvement
• Maintain relationships with strategic vendors to stay abreast of industry trends
• Participate in opportunity review calls for new business and facilitate site visits
• Host Business reviews and communicate objectives through reports; ensure customer, operational, and capacity requirements are addressed
