About the job Operations Manager( F&B - Casual Dining,Pub,Cafe)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our clients operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating the founders vision into actionable strategies, driving sales, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and profitability across all location

Strategic Leadership: Translate the founders vision into actionable strategies and ensure their execution across the Group. The candidate will be responsible for "running the show" operationally

Operational Oversight: Manage the entire operational framework of the Group. As the primary operational leader, ensure the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and profitability across the business.

Manage a team including the General Manager, Executive Chef, Branch Managers, and kitchen staff (100+ employees).

  • Solve operational challenges, including service/food quality issues, staffing, and supply chain problems.
  • Oversee financial performance, analyze reports, and optimize sales, cost control, and marketing efforts.
  • Regularly assess menu performance and recommend new products or changes.
  • Continuously improve and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the Group to ensure scalability and increase financial value.

Preferred Candidate Background:

  • We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in the pub or café industry, as opposed to large chain restaurants.
  • Experience in these types of establishments aligns better with our client's culture and operational style
  • Minimum 7 years experience F&B similar set up ( cafes,casual dining, pub)
