Operations Manager / Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operations Officer to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. As the Chief Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall operational excellence and efficiency of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead and oversee all operational functions, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation across the organisation.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
3. Identify and address operational bottlenecks, implementing effective solutions to drive continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with the executive team to align operational goals with the company's overall strategic vision.
5. Manage and mentor a team of talented operational professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
6. Analyse and interpret complex data to make informed, data-driven decisions that drive operational performance.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
8. Responsible for Risk Management, Marketing and Customer Service Operations.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Chief Operations Officer or in a senior operational leadership role.
2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful operational strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
3. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and tackle complex issues.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
6. Proficient in data analysis and using data-driven insights to drive operational improvements.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
