Operations Manager - Basildon

£70,000 - £90,000 + Quarterly Profit Share + Company Van + Private Healthcare + Training

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior management professional to join an ambitious and growing construction company working on various residential projects. You will leverage your expertise to play a pivotal role in expanding the company's success.

The company operates across Essex and surrounding areas, offering services including tiling, decorating, flooring, landscaping, and garden and commercial studio builds. They work with housebuilders and directly with customers, focusing on high-quality service and products, which has contributed to their success. They are looking to expand their senior management team to support continued growth.

As a senior member, you will be responsible for managing the flooring division, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, and managing the tender process. You will visit sites regularly to ensure adherence to schedules and health & safety standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers is also key to this role.

The ideal candidate will have senior management experience, strong technical construction knowledge, and a full UK driver's license for site visits.
