Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Adhere to and execute all required daily operation SOPs of the hub to the highest standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership traits by managing route leaders and dispatchers to ensure they perform all daily operations effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Plan manpower based on forecasts and ensure proper staffing; responsible for recruiting part-time dispatchers during peak seasons.
  • Ensure dispatchers' attendance and punctuality.
  • Monitor dispatcher performance and carry out disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Control hub material inventory required for operations.
  • Respond to complaints and inquiries promptly.
  • Solve ad-hoc problems and provide effective, out-of-the-box solutions.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Able to work extra hours if required.
  • Ability to handle pressure and be up for challenges.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week.
