Establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail operations.

Work closely with the store operations team to optimise store performance and support expansion plans.

Issue Monthly Action Plan (MAP) to implement strategic marketing, merchandising, and operational plans.

Collaborate with key departments to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven strategies and operational efficiency.

Manage multiple projects effectively, analyze data, and communicate insights for informed decision-making.

Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and strong decision-making abilities in a dynamic retail environment.

Regularly visit stores within the region to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements

SPM or certificate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience (experience within footwear, fashion, or F&B industry preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates proficient in Mandarin are preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to work in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya.
