Operations Manager

Manage and oversee the day to day operations of production and warehouse to ensure efficiency, quality and service excellence.

Lead, mentor and motivate the production and warehouse team to achieve performance goals.

Manage the resources to ensure optimum allocation and productivity to meet delivery commitments.

Organize the production and warehouse workflow according to the production plan and shipment prioritization.

Develop, recommend and implement operational strategies to support company's growth and strategic goals.

Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for process improvements.

Analyze and provide reports to management on output, productivity, waste and initiate improvements in these areas.

Liaise with Quality on corrective and preventive actions and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Identify training needs for employees and recommend personnel training and development programs to improve performance.

Collaborate with Quality Department to perform process audits, identify gaps and initiate actions and improvements to close the gaps.

Work with the maintenance department to maintain a robust preventative maintenance plan for production machineries and equipment.

Initiate continuous improvement activities such as 5S, Lean processes, etc.

Assist in developing long-term strategies for company growth and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in production, warehouse and operations.

Strong leadership and decision making abilities.

Proficient in data analysis and performance/operations metrics.

Experience with ERP systems and operational software tools.

Proactive and Team-Player.

Willing to learn and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Hard-working and Committed.

Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality System.

Good inter-personal and communication skills.

Good knowledge on production improvement activities (e.g increase productivity, waste reduction, etc).
