Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen based in Sarawak
• Minimum 10 years’ senior-level experience in the property development industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM software is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across development, construction, sales, and finance divisions

• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of property development projects

• Translate corporate strategies into actionable operational plans and initiatives

• Monitor and optimize project performance, including ROI, cost per sq ft, and EBITDA

• Oversee project feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, and due diligence

• Ensure strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with government authorities and partners

• Supervise financial planning and operational budget management

• Identify operational risks and implement improvement strategies

• Promote cross-departmental collaboration and ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen based in Sarawak

• Aged between 45 to 60 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years’ senior-level experience in the property development industry

• Proven track record managing multiple property development projects

• Strong network and experience in stakeholder engagement with government bodies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM software is an advantage

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and operational planning skills
