Own It
- Manage and organize daily operations to align with the client’s core business functions, ensuring smooth execution of pick-up, processing, and delivery activities.
- Plan and implement operational improvements, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards to enhance service performance.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements through regular audits and inspections.
- Oversee resource planning to maintain seamless operations and avoid service disruptions.
- Prepare and update capacity plans to optimize productivity and cost control.
- Manage annual operational budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and ensure availability of necessary tools and IT resources.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and service quality.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective or preventive measures.
- Provide daily operational and administrative performance reports to management.
- Collect and submit operational data and feedback to the headquarters.

- Foster effective communication at all operational levels while offering leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members.
- Establish strong working relationships through consistent engagement and collaboration.
- Represent the organization in liaising with relevant external stakeholders, including state-level authorities.
- Provide clear leadership and direction to ensure team alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in operations management, with 3–5 years in a leadership role within logistics, supply chain, or delivery services.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, delivery systems, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience in managing operational budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and optimizing costs.
- Solid understanding of SOPs, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
- High-level decision-making and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in performance tracking and data analysis.
- Adaptability to shifting operational strategies and requirements.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards.
