Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and ensure effective implementation of the department's strategies, policies, and practices.
2. Lead and coach the Operation Leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
3. Responsible for overall outlet operations and ensuring adherence to all compliance requirements, including internal audits, supplier audits, food safety, hygiene standards, and Halal certification where applicable.
4. Manage and monitor crises.
5. Oversee the financial management of the outlet portfolio, including developing budgets.
6. Work closely with the Directors in approving outlet budgets.
7. Monitor overall business indicators.
8. Develop and implement initiatives geared toward operational excellence, including long-term planning and project management.
9. Grow the business from a people, market share, and profits perspective.
10. Develop effective facility and asset operation management.
11. Provide thorough analysis of new markets and emerging trends, make recommendations, and ensure optimum manpower supply.

Job Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience in senior management, managing multiple restaurants or franchised restaurant units.
2. Possess excellent people management skills.
3. Highly meticulous with strong administrative capabilities.
4. Excellent command of written and spoken language.
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
6. Flexibility to travel to all outlets.
