Position Title: Operations Manager

Industry: Construction/Manufacturing (e.g., cement, building materials, industrial production)

Location: Batang Kali, Selangor

Salary Range: Up to RM30,000 per month

Role Overview:

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the business, covering procurement, production, logistics, and plant maintenance. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and overall business performance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing and purchasing of raw materials and project-related components.
• Oversee production scheduling and output planning.
• Ensure operational uptime through effective equipment maintenance strategies.
• Supervise the manufacturing processes involving specialty materials, including precast products and compound mixes.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and related compliance documentation.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on operational performance, covering procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and maintenance functions.

Performance Metrics:

• Gross Profit (in MYR)
• Gross Profit Margin (%)
• Net Profit (in MYR)

Candidate Profile:

• 7 to 15 years of relevant experience managing operations across procurement, production, logistics, and maintenance—preferably in sectors such as building materials, construction products, or industrial manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sizable teams (minimum 20 personnel).
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
• Based in Malaysia with valid working rights.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Malay and Mandarin is an added advantage.
