Job description

Responsible for the integrated management and coordination of the corporate’s development strategy, customer management, integrated operations, digital operations, and tendering & procurement management.

The department is also tasked with establishing an operations management system aligned with the company’s strategic goals, enhancing overall operational quality, and driving sustainable and healthy corporate development.

Integrated Business Operations Management:
Coordinate across operational departments and business units to formulate policies that ensure effective alignment of business segments and promote integrated business operations.

Operational Data Analysis:
Responsible for business data collection, operational analysis, and the preparation of the company’s overall business budget to support informed decision-making.

Digital Operations:
Promote system development and data standardisation to improve business systemisation, e.g. facilitate the integration of digital and functional technologies into core scenarios such as sales, customer service, and operations.

Tendering and Procurement Management:
Review and consolidate procurement plans and reports submitted by all operational departments, then assist in the Implementation of Procurement Plans.

Supplier Management:
Take the lead in and provide guidance on routine supplier qualification, and regular evaluations of supplier service performance.

Key Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.

2. Work Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, supply chain, procurement, or data analysis.

Experience in cross-functional coordination or project management in large or matrix organizations is highly desirable.
