Job summary

Ematic Solutions is offering a full-time, six-month paid internship in Kuala Lumpur for fresh graduates or final-year students in management, business, or operations. You will assist with administrative and financial tasks while collaborating with multiple teams to drive business impact.

You will gain exposure to the digital marketing ecosystem and learn to organize events, manage calendars, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher in management, business, or operations.
• Must be available for a full-time 6-month paid internship.
• Fast learner in a fast-changing tech environment.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin (Malaysia only).

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial contracts, invoicing, and accounts receivable tasks.
• Support administrative and operational tasks for customers and internal teams.

What's The Gig?

• Apply your knowledge and experience in a real business setting within a fast-paced tech startup
• Contribute to challenging assignments and internal projects that drive business impact
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to customers and internal teams
• Assist the local team across various functions, including but not limited to: commercial contracts, invoicing, accounts receivable, vendor management, general administration, and other ad hoc duties as assigned by your manager
• Coordinate and plan company events and initiatives
• Maintain and update the National Holidays calendar
• Organize team-building activities such as outings, team lunches/dinners, karaoke nights, bowling nights, movie nights, and more

What we’re looking for

• Available for a full-time internship (6 months paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in management, business, operations in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing technology driven environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
• Have basic knowledge on Microsoft office and Google Suite, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both writing and speaking (Malaysia Only)
