Job Description

As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Shopee’s daily operational processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance logistics performance, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end operational processes, ensuring smooth execution across departments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, processes, and customer service to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Logistics, Customer Service) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in coordinating with external stakeholders such as vendors, couriers, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Support the automation and digitalization of operational workflows to improve productivity.
  • Handle and troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with availability to start work full-time in 2025.
  • 0-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable to changes.
