This role mainly provides support on operational tasks such as coordinating activities, assisting in campaigns, and maintaining community engagement. It is a hands-on position suitable for individuals who are passionate about Web3 and keen to grow their career in this field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations, including assisting in planning and coordinating Web 3 related events, helping with campaign execution, engaging with communities, and providing administrative support for ongoing initiatives.
• Develop social media posts, newsletters, and digital content related to Web3 education and community activities.
• Support community engagement through digital platforms (Telegram, Discord, social media).
• Contribute to event content creation, registration handling, and post-event reporting.
• Prepare and publish bilingual content, announcements, and updates.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution of initiatives.
• Support senior team members in deal negotiations and partnership execution.
• Create regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• 2-3 years of related experience
• Good communication skills and customer relationship mindset
