Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the related field required.
• Experience in managing manpower is an added advantage.
• Experience in chemical / manufacturing / steel metal industry is preferable.

Operations Executive / Operations Engineer

• Responsible for effective planning, coordination, and execution of warehouse operations.
• Assist in handling all areas of logistics, receiving, storage, distribution, and repacking.
• To control operational activity within span of responsibility ensuring that the department’s workload is undertaken in an efficient, productive, and timely manner.
• To develop an effective, quality driven, fully trained and highly engaged team to support the operation.
• Daily upkeep, maintenance, and housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Manage resources and minimize costs.
• Manage and lead a group of subordinates on performance and provide on the job training to subordinates on warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Planning and manage subordinate’s overtime.
• Coordinate with respective departments or agencies for raw material shipment and product availability to quality issues.
• Manage arrangements and performing on monthly stock take.
• Verifications on all warehouse operations documents.
• Establish good working relationship with authorities and other related government offices.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's / Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry / Science or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in managing manpower is an added advantage.
• Experience in chemical / manufacturing / steel metal industry is preferable.
• Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
