Operations Executive – Labuan

Oversee logistics, shipping & forwarding operations. Ensure smooth processes, documentation & compliance. Ideal for problem-solvers with industry experience!

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the existing warehouse operations and procedures and ensure continuous improvement achieved.
2. Develop effective working relationships with your customers, partners and supplier base, both internally and externally.
3. Plan & arrange cycle count and year-end stock take.
4. Control logistics cost in terms of delivery, handling and storage aspects.
5. Liaise with the 3rd party logistics company for agreement renewal or manage current distributor and future warehouse to ensure smooth operation process.
6. Find appropriate forwarders and the 3rd party logistics companies for evaluation.
7. Ensure warehouse's month-end cbm inventory is the same as GAC record.
8. Monitor stock inventories to sufficient & healthy level.
9. Provide leadership by contributing to the planning and execution of E2E Supply Chain processes, providing process improvement suggestions and changes to the deployment model.
10. Work closely with Product Management, Sales, System Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Hybrid Services to define necessary requirements for Supply Chain execution in an environment that is becoming increasingly complex and scaling quickly.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

3-4 years of experience in warehousing, Marine & Shipping, air/sea/road forwarding (preferred).
