Job description

We are seeking a passionate Operations Executive to join the PRISM+ Malaysia operations team. As a high-growth electronics company, we need someone who can adapt to complex, ever-changing process structures and work closely with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. You will also play a key role in managing logistics and systems partners.

Responsibilities of an Operations Executive include but are not limited to:
  1. Main task: Daily eCommerce order fulfillment across all sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify), retail stores, and future sales channels.
  2. Monitoring and ensuring order processing by various 3PL providers.
  3. Identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement by observing current workflows and researching industry benchmarks and best practices.
  4. Owning system and process standards, establishing and maintaining quality standards.
  5. Developing methods to analyze data and propose change management strategies.
  6. Documenting findings and preparing weekly reports for the Head of Operations, utilizing Excel functions such as VLookUp and PivotTables.
  7. Updating the team on new processes and systems, and monitoring their effectiveness.
  8. Overseeing operational compliance with relevant regulations.
  9. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, data management, operations, or related fields.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Independent self-starter capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets using Excel (VLookUp, Pivot) or relevant software tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to commute daily to the Bukit Jalil office.
  • Experience with sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify) and familiarity with eCommerce order fulfillment and 3PL courier management is advantageous.
  • Work schedule: 5.5 days per week (Weekdays 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM).
