Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Operations Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients in Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of a fintech platform for the Pension industry;
  • Responsible for UAT for web-based applications, and system-generated correspondence;
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, advise senior management on insights, and work with the project team to implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability;
  • Handle day-to-day operations of the pension department including but not limited to data entry, report preparation and follow up with clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery after services in operation;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service/document delivery and execution of platform releases and updates;
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in pension services, fintech, or investment-related industry;
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is considered a plus.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
  • Experience in pension is preferred;
  • Familiar with operational requirements, regulatory compliance, and all the related technology trends and challenges;
  • Attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment;
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Executive, ORSO ePension Services;
  • Able to work on Malaysia Public Holidays;
