The Training and Development team is in charge of developing a strong team of teachers and working with the key leadership team to reach our goals for the Singapore market.

In your role as the Senior Operations Executive for the Teacher Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing structured processes that ensure smooth and timely correspondence, accurate and organised data management, and efficient resource allocation and utilisation across all branches. Your work will directly support the operational excellence and consistency of the TD function.

You will join a team that is highly motivated to deliver first-class educational services to our clients, and spearhead efforts to utilise fair, objective data to inform people management decisions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with team and manage training schedule for teacher training programmes
  • Communicate training schedule with teachers and track attendance
  • Manage team’s onboarding communications ensuring alignment with team events and activities
  • Develop communications packages for teachers (e.g. Infographics, etc)
  • Design simple collaterals in accordance with brand marketing guidelines
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking of teacher assessments, appraisal, etc
Data-tracking & Manpower Resource Management
  • Manage handover, training and relief processes across branches
  • Liaise with other departments and oversee Teacher Allocation across all branches
  • Measure adherence to leave policies and implement measures to encourage adherence
  • Manage handover, training and relief data sheets
  • Manage team budget tracking sheet by liaising with finance
  • Deliver monthly report on key data points tracked by team
Oversee Relief Roster and Relief Standby Incentive Plan
  • Find relief teachers
  • Manage budget for relief teachers
  • Set up relief standby incentive plan
  • Consolidate a list of relief, freelance relief classes taken monthly and inform HR
Assist with forecasting of recruitment needs
  • Relief, Adjunct, Part-time and Freelance
Inventory & Process Management
  • Oversee departmental procurement / printing / admin / inventory for local market
  • Assist with any departmental claims, applications and budget tracking
