Operations Executive (Driver Performance)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive (Driver Performance) to join our Direct Management team. This role is key in ensuring accurate performance tracking and commission management for our lorry drivers. The successful candidate will also play a supportive role in operational reporting and training initiatives across warehouse management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily performance records and trip logs for lorry drivers.

Accurately calculate driver commissions based on trip data, KPIs, and company policies.

Verify and validate all supporting documentation for commission claims (e.g., delivery notes).

Liaise with drivers to resolve data discrepancies or missing information in a timely manner.

Coordinate with the HR department to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of commissions.

Maintain comprehensive records of commission structures and payment histories.

Provide clear explanations and guidance on commission policies and structures.

Prepare and manage monthly operational reports for internal review and decision-making.

Conduct training sessions for warehouse management personnel, including store managers and administrative staff.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analyst, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in data analysis, human resource (payroll) or operations management preferred. Fresh graduates with strong Excel skills are also encouraged to apply.

Hands-on experience in managing performance data and verifying supporting documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex performance metrics and KPIs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts) and other relevant office software for reporting and data tracking.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
