What will you do:

  • Assist in executing tasks assigned within turnaround time.
  • Provide viewpoints on enhancing the turnaround time.
  • Promptly report any operational problems or deviations from standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with essential parties, including those within the organization and external stakeholders, to guarantee timely delivery of projects or tasks.
  • Proactively document and update progress of operational processes.
  • Take the initiative to provide timely and constructive feedback to peers.

What are we looking for:

  • Undergraduate in finance, accounting, or any related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to commit for a 6-month contract.

You will shine if you have:

  • Experience in an operations role (internship or part-time).
  • 1-2 years experience in an operations role if not a fresh graduate.
