Overseeing the daily operations of all delivery platforms of the Company.

Actively engaging with customers on customer feedback, ratings & reviews.

Proactively resolving customer complaints and identifying the core issue, bringing it to the attention of Ops Team.

Engaging with merchant providers to register new restaurants.

Engaging with salespersons to suggest and apply promotions or campaigns in the best interest of the Company.

Adding and removing new menu items, and general housekeeping.

Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.

Proficient in MS Office.

Independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible, and able to work under pressure.

Good team player with a can-do work attitude.

Critical thinker and eager to find solutions.

Able to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
