Job Responsibilities
- Attend to online customer inquiries, comments, complaints, and find solutions for customers.
- Manage the overall process of the company's eCommerce platforms and social media, including Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Participate in campaign idea generation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization using various digital marketing platforms.
- Work closely with eCommerce platform agencies to achieve company objectives such as increasing digital/online sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
- Generate, manage, and publish relevant and engaging digital content for website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu).
- Collaborate with agencies to plan and execute campaigns on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, competitors, and the consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions, including price comparison reports.
- Analyze marketplace and social marketing reports (platform and social media) and share insights with the team to develop optimization strategies.
For China Marketplace Senior Admin Executive
- Familiarity with China's top 10 marketplace platforms.
- Conduct research on China market trends, brand audiences, and competitors.
- Prepare price comparison reports with other China competitors.
- Analyze China marketplace and social marketing reports and share insights for optimization.
- Willingness to travel to China.
- Ability to communicate and write in Mandarin.
- Knowledge of Pivot tables and V-lookup is an advantage.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in social media and e-commerce activities.
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Conscientious and patient, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge in managing marketplaces and social media platforms.
- Additional knowledge in managing live streaming, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu is an advantage.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantage).
- Full-time position, 5.5 working days (half-day on Saturday).
