Overview

The Role

You will be responsible for providing proactive and effective general administrative support across a diverse range of tasks, working closely with Team Executives and other support functions.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Designing business plans in line with Company\'s strategy and objectives.
  • Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
  • Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer, Internet and IT.
  • You have working knowledge of Sales & Business Developme, Communication & Coordination and Picking & Packing
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
