A leading company is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage branch activities, drive sales performance, and enhance customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree with at least two years of experience, demonstrating strong analytical and leadership skills. This role requires multitasking and a focus on achieving business goals in a dynamic environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Coordinate operational activities across branch operations, collections, and warehouse management in collaboration with the Vending Coordinator team.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
•Monitor machine sales ROI for each customer.
•Assist in managing and leading the branch by delivering excellent customer service.
•Support administrative tasks as required and assigned.
•Identify and propose suitable locations for business investment.
•Optimize program resources to maximize sales performance and overall sell-out.
•Contribute to the achievement of the company’s goals and sales targets.
-Diploma or Degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
•Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with expertise in complex mapping and metrics analysis.
•Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; resourceful and detail oriented.
•Results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player.
•Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
