Job description

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

a) Assisting Operations Manager in daily matters ensuring the quality assurance plan and quality control processes / procedures for all the projects.

b) Work closely with all departmental heads to ensure the work is compliance to the project schedule and in accordance to project specification and fulfilled all quality requirements.

c) Assisting Operations Manager in supervising and reporting sites quality performances.

d) Conduct scheduled site quality assurance meeting, when required.

e) Handling workers documentation and welfare.

f) Recruiting and Training cleaning operators to ensure all cleaners follow all the SOP and procedures while performing the cleaning activities.

g) To continue monitoring the cleaning activities and improvise the existing SOP as and when required.

h) Supervise and manage the day-to-day cleaning operations.

i) Coordinate with Site Supervisor and Client to ensure quality service delivery

j)Facilitate effective work processes

k) Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) SPM qualification or equivalent.

b) With or Without experience, Training will be provided.

c) Self-motivated and able to work independently.

d) Computer literate.

e) Good attitude, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to RM4,000.00 per month ( Depend on your Job Experience and Capabilities )
