• Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Shift 3: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

CLPS is hiring on behalf of a key partner providing critical operational support to one of Malaysia’s leading conglomerates in energy, property, and IT. You will play a vital role in maintaining the operational excellence of their infrastructure environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Ensure continuous monitoring of systems and infrastructure using monitoring tools to maintain high availability and optimal performance.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to system alerts and incidents; perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
• Routine Maintenance: Execute regular maintenance activities such as patching, system updates, and hardware health checks.
• Client Support: Deliver technical assistance to clients by supporting authorized operations and resolving technical issues.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents, system changes, and configurations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers to address complex issues and implement system enhancements.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Strong understanding of basic networking, including routing, switching, and basic firewall configurations.
• Proficiency with Linux operating system and basic system administration.
• Familiarity with Shell scripting; ability to write and modify basic automation scripts.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.
• Understanding of AI compute fundamentals, particularly in managing workload and resource distribution.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts (24/7 coverage).
• Good command of English; Chinese not required.
