Job summary

Maersk Line Limited is seeking a Projects and Business Excellence Support professional to deliver structured improvement activities, governance support, and operational efficiency across administrative, billing, data management, and documentation control. You will collect, analyse, and present data to help the Operations Manager and site teams make informed decisions.

The role involves project coordination, CI initiatives, and maintaining data integrity while collaborating with Finance,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, project management, continuous improvement, or logistics.
Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Support data collection from multiple sources (WMS, finance, QHSSE, project trackers) to drive operational insights.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to provide visibility of KPIs for site leadership.
Prepare structured reports and presentations (daily/weekly/monthly) tailored to audience.
Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams through initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
Assist in risk tracking, issue management, and cross-site benchmarking for continuous improvement.
