A leading logistics company is seeking an Operations Cum Customer Service Executive in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating shipment bookings, managing shipping documents, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma related to business or logistics and have effective communication skills.
Handle shipment bookings and coordinate schedules with shipping lines.
Create and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and instructions.
Work closely with internal departments, agents, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor shipment progress and ensure all documents are properly filed and updated.
Issue customer invoices for LCL & FCL shipments and verify vendor charges with the Finance team.
Prepare regular reports on shipment volume and operational activities.
Develop backup plans for delays, cancellations, and unexpected problems.
Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.
Skills required: Computer literacy, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
On-the-job training will be provided.
