Job description

Coordinate and provide administrative support to the operations team and other departments as needed.

Weekly and monthly track KPI (key performance indicators) and prepare operational reports.

Purchase and ensure timely delivery of indirect material items.

Coordinate and prepare all miscellaneous supplies and tools required by production personnel.

Prepare training materials in collaboration with the MOD manager and manage the E-learning system by uploading training programs and test papers, assigning them to relevant PICs to ensure all production personnel are trained with essential knowledge.

Act as System super user to ensure the Manufacturing Module is fully utilized.

Conduct system training for Supervisors, Engineers, and Line Leaders to ensure they are updated on module features.

Monitor information input in the system and inform supervisors or superiors of any abnormalities.

Perform Management By Walking Around (MBWA) and 6S audits to ensure best practices and systems are implemented according to procedures and guidelines.

Update the Manufacturing Department’s organization chart monthly.

Streamline and consolidate ISO procedures and Work Instructions (WI) for production operations, moving towards a paperless system.

Follow up on the Management Review Board (MRB) status until closure.

Prepare master shipping labels for production use (new projects).

Handle equipment calibration system by acknowledging PICs to prepare equipment/tools for calibration purposes.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.

Meticulous, able to perform well under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Self-motivated and capable of handling tasks independently.

Possess passion, persistence, ownership, and a proactive working attitude.
