Job description

Prepare, organize and store information in paper and digital form.

Invoice / commission validation and dispute handling.

Deal with queries on the phone and by email.

Support onboarding of Brand Ambassadors.

Daily reporting.

Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Visit Merchant Partner Stores to assess staff knowledge of the Incentive program.

Report on findings from (7.).

Possess own transport & able to travel around Klang Valley area
