To oversee and ensure daily plant operations activities are productive and efficient.

Monitoring and maintain the office supplies, equipment, and facility to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper documentation of company records.

To oversee and manage the company’s business contracts, licenses, and permits to ensure compliance and validity.

Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Manage office expenses and budgeting to ensure financial efficiency and cost control.

Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices and vendor payments accurately and on time.

Act as a liaison for internal departments and external stakeholders.

To coordinate meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.

To ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.

To identify opportunities and practices that promote cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

To perform any other duties as duly assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Administration/ Business Management/ Organization Management or equivalent.

At least 5 years working experience preferably in food industry.

Good knowledge in food processing is preferable.

Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP).

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Proficient in organizing resources, schedules, and teams to meet operational goals.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.

Able to work independently and self-motivated.

Must be computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Work, and Power Point.

Applicant must be willing to work at Sungai Lalang, Kedah.
