Carpark:

• To assist in monitoring day to day operational activities.
• To ensure that all parking equipment and payment system are in good condition.
• To prepare, complete, verify and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Co-operate and coordinate in all matters with security personnel in the carpark operations.
• To process carpark related administrative work.
• To follow up with the vendor to attend to carpark operations issues.

Safety & Security Operations:

• To assist in preparing the internal safety checks and tenants’ inspection reports.
• To assist in safety & security related administrative work.

Others:

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

• Diploma in Operations, Business or any related field.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in mall operations or building Safety & Security.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office applications.
• Possess good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proactive, independent, team player, organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.
• Positive attitude in a challenging work environment.
