  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

1) Job Scope

· Preparation of costing, after sourcing and analysis according to the needs of the clients

· Preparation of purchase order and invoice tracking from suppliers

· Responding to any correspondence and emails by clients and suppliers

· Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure proper job execution and deliver quality service to clients

· Assist with ISO audit matters for the clients

· Involved in quality checking and quality assurance matters

· Assist troubleshooting cases that cannot be solved by technicians

· Assist with job communication and documentation regarding the status of jobs

· Any other duties assigned by Management

2) Responsibility & Accountability

· Collaborate with the Operation Manager and Business Development PIC to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability.

· Plan, coordinate, and execute projects according to the project timeline.

· Ensure that operations progress smoothly and work is done in accordance with client specifications and standards.

· Control project or service quality.

· Conduct daily operations in compliance with standard operating procedures, policies, guidelines, and instructions to ensure maximum efficiency and excellent service delivery.

4) Qualification Required

  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
