Swiss Re is seeking an Operations Analyst for the L&H Executive Office team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves supporting strategic and operational topics, providing analysis, and collaborating across global teams. In this role you will help and contribute to facilitating a robust operating platform, coordinating operational activities and supporting delivery of initiatives and projects (strategically and operationally) across Operations & Advisory (COO), Underwriting (CUO) and Market Units of L&H Re.
You will need financial acumen, analytical and project management skills and be able to collaborate effectively across multi-functional and global teams.

The DOOs are the business partners to the MDs and their leadership team to drive, challenge and support diverse range of topics from strategy and operations to people & culture. The Operations Analyst is an individual contributor and reports to the Head DOO & Assistants L&H APAC as part of the L&H Executive Office team within the L&H Re Division Operations & Advisory.
